All 1728 Dental Practice Clinics are participating clinics in the Community Health Assist Schedule (CHAS) and accredited providers for Medisave and Baby Bonus.
About Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS)
The Community Health Assist Scheule (CHAS) enables all Singapore Citizens, including Merdeka Generation (MG) and Pioneer Generation (PG) cardholders, to receive subsidies for dental care at participating dental clinics. While every Singaporean Citizen is eligible for CHAS, the enrolment onto CHAS is still on application basis. To enjoy subsidies under CHAS, households are required to submit an application via this online link or you may call the CHAS hotline at 1800-275-2427 if you need assistance in applying for CHAS.
Singapore Citizens aged 21 and above can apply for CHAS online on behalf of their household members.

About Merdeka Generation
The Merdeka Generation Package (MGP) was introduced by the Government in 2019 to honor and thank our Merdeka Generation (Born between 1950 and 1959) for their contributions.

Eligible Merdeka Generation seniors need not apply as the Government will send out hardcopy letter notifications during April 2019 that provided information on the Card and benefit details.
